Tilt-Up Signs

Similar to tilt-up decorative fence sections, the same method can be used for large signage, such as at the entrance to a resort or other business.

The letters are printed laying down in whatever font you like, and then are tilted up and anchored to a poured concrete base.

Bus Shelters

3D printing enables a designer to have almost unlimited creativity in the shape, style, and functionality of concrete structures.

The printing envelope of the Intrepid is more than adequate for print-in-place bus shelters of any size.  And the modularity of the printing system allows it to be set up on sloping or uneven ground, so there is no need to have a large flat area around the bus shelter for setup or staging.

Water Features – Ponds & Fountains

With 3D printing, there are almost unlimited designs you can make, ranging from a stream-type feature as shown on the right, which flows down into a 3D printed pond.

The pond can be printed right into a pit you dig. The printer can “learn” the shape of the ground and print accordingly.

Furniture

There are many designs that can be printed, as shown below.

Future Plans

We will be experimenting with various types of structures of all kinds.

We are working with 3D Space Terraform https://3dspaceterraform.com/ on being able to 3D print with hempcrete and other eco-friendly materials.

Custom Work

Even though most of the designs shown here are custom, there will be an infinity of designs that may not fit neatly into the categories shown. Please bring us your ideas!
